The beverage operation was designed to support two very different service environments within the same venue. The rehearsal dinner required a more intimate service approach, while the welcome party required higher-volume beverage service and faster guest flow. From a seated dinner to a welcome celebration
One of the most important operational elements was the transition from the 36-person rehearsal dinner into the approximately 150-person welcome party. Raven's Reserve coordinated the bar setup and service transition so the beverage experience could scale efficiently as additional guests arrived. During the transition, the chef also came out to explain the dishes to guests, adding a personal hospitality moment before the welcome party began.
