Event Planning & Mobile Bartending in New Jersey

Our office sits in Gloucester County, which makes South Jersey the part of the state we know best — Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, and Atlantic County venues, shore properties, corporate campuses along the 42 and 295 corridors, country clubs, banquet halls, and restaurant ballrooms. We know which rooms have a loading dock, which have a service elevator, and which require the bar to be built before guests arrive.

Working as an event planner in New Jersey also means working statewide. We produce corporate and nonprofit events in Central and North Jersey, including employee appreciation events, awards dinners, fundraising galas, conferences, and holiday parties, and we plan weddings and milestone celebrations throughout the state.

A New Jersey engagement can be full event planning, event management of a project already underway, or day-of coordination. Clients who only need the beverage program engage our hospitality division on its own for mobile bartending and corporate bartending in NJ, with professional bartenders, custom cocktail and mocktail menus, and complete bar setup and breakdown.

Staffing and guest experience operations are handled in house: registration and check-in, seating, VIP and honoree management, wayfinding, and the staff who keep a large arrival from becoming a line out the door.
